Throw exception or new pop-up window using ScriptRunner listener

Hello,

I need to throw exception or my own custom window on JIRA UI when user change some fields. I know about UserMessegeUtil and also know about throwing exception by using workflow validator but this is not what I need.

So do you know any way how to throw UI exception using Listener or how to show window in UI when user change field?
