Timeout error by user anonymization process

Dear team,

I tried to anonymize a user in our test environment and something went wrong. During 12,5 hours could't be the process done. I've checked the audit log and according to the log messages nothing happened. How long is this process? Do you have idea for anonymize many people in a same time without timeot error?

Hi @Fruzsina Visky welcome to the community!  I took a look at Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) and didn't find anything similar to this issue.  If you're using Jira on a server, you didn't mention what version you are on.  

It might be worth inquiring with Support (support.atlassian.com/contact) to see if they are aware of any known issues with it.  They should also be able to answer your other  performance questions regarding the tool.
