We have at our company Jira Service Desk f.e ABC.atlassian.net .
Our customers create a ticket and we answer it. If we can't do that we have to forward it to our system provider. He also uses Jira Service Desk, but under his own XYZ.atlassian.net domain.
Also in this domain I am accepted with my Atlassian account as a Service Desk member.
Is it now possible to assign a ticket from ABC.atlassian.net directly to the product manager of XYZ.atlassian.net? And if yes, how can I solve that?
We are currently prototyping a similar situation using the Exalate plugin. Looking good so far!
