Trouble Modifying Base URL

Hello,

I am attempting to edit the base URL however, when I follow the instructions from Jira below, I don't see any field that says base url. Any help is appreciated. thank you. -Joe

1. Choose Administration ( ) > System.
2. Choose General Configuration in the left-hand panel.
3. Choose Edit Settings.
4. Enter the new URL in the Base URL text box.
5. Choose Save.

Changing the base URL is only for Jira Server instances (= on premise).

When you are on Jira Cloud you can not change the URL of your instance unless you perform a migration. See Atlassian Cloud: Site URL

According to this feature request CLOUD-7184 you can request a rename via a suppor ticket: https://support.atlassian.com/

thanks for the info. see my screenshot attached. this was the page i saw when setting up my account but i'm trying to find where to update this in the admin settings
