Trying to set up a long-free portal for service desk but cannot get to JIRA Service Desk config

Trying to follow these instructions but I cannot see any "JIRA Service Desk Configuration"

Hello,

The problem is that this guide is for Jira Server. On Cloud you have to choose the three lines icon, then Jira -> Settings -> Application -> Configuration:
