UPDATE parents ASSIGNEE with subtask assignee.

IS there any option to update parent ASSIGNEE with subtask ASSIGNEE. 

when subtask is assigned.

I think JIRA does not have the functionality to copy field value to the parent when it's assigned, however, you can use JIRA Automation plugin to achieve it. Here's the rule:
