I am currently trying to reactivate my subscription in order to recreate a new ITSM project, but I am unable to see the "Subscriptions" tab under the Billing section in my account.
Without access to this tab, I’m unable to manage or reactivate my plan. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? If there’s anything I need to do on my end to regain access, I’d appreciate your guidance.

Only organization admin has the access to the Billing section in your admin.atlassian.com. You need to ask your organization admin to access this part or with the permission to grant you the organization admin role.
