Unable to Attach Photos When Using Phone Camera

I have a service desk, and I am able to attach photos that were already on my phone.

However, when I take a photo using my mobile directly and upload the image, I am unable to upload:

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I've tested here using Android + Google Chrome and iPhone + Safari and it worked.
For us to better understand and to try to replicate here, can you please let us know what browser and version you are using? Also, what iOS version you are using?
Is there any other user facing this issue?
