Hi All,
I have many projects setup within Jira Service Management.
One specific project is not allowing users to download attachments from a Jira ticket (using the Customer Portal)
I can access/download the files both from the Customer Portal and Jira itself (but im an admin)
when they try, they just get a blank page with the URL for the file download.
If i go directly to that URL, i can also download the file.
Other projects dont seem to be affected by this problem.
Any Suggestions?
Please check the user's permission
it SEEMS to be setup correctly in the project permissions, but says he doesnt have access :(
