Unable to insert automation to a folder within a structure.

I copied an existing structure because I have quite a bit of time invested in the quick filters in a structure and I did not want to re-create all of them.  After copying the structure, changing the insert automation and adding a couple folders, I found that:

I was unable to insert automation on a folder within the structure.

I removed the insert automation at the top, and then, I was unable to re-insert a filter under the insert icon.

And still unable to create an insert command while on the folder.

I even tried removing all folders and automation, and re-adding them, and adding in just folders.  No go.  Unable to add an insert for a folder or even at the top at the insert icon.

I solved this by selecting "Manage Structure", and then selecting "Remove Adjustments"

My existing folders disappeared with this command, so I added them back.

And Viola ! afterwards I am now able to add automation with JQL Query while on a folder.

And also insert an insert Query at the insert icon.

Hope this saves someone else from wasting time like I did on this.
