Unable to install Jira Service Desk after upgrading to Jira Core 8.3.1

I get the following error when I try to install Jira Service Desk and Jira Software after upgrading to Jira Core 8.3.1.

 

"An unexpected error occurred. Refer to the logs for more information."

 

These are the logs from atlassian-jira.log related to the Service Desk install.

Would appreciate some assistance getting this fixed. :)
