Unable to renew license key

Hello,

i have upgraded an old Jira instance to 7.5.3 with an expired key.

An message appears telling me that i need to upgrade my license and it links to a page

/secure/ConfirmNewInstallationWithOldLicense!default.jspa

But this page is not working i tried in chrome and firefox,

there are no styles and none of the buttons to work:

I have a new license but i cant insert it.

You could try updating it via the database, How to Get and Update JIRA License String from the Database. Just make sure you have a full backup before attempting this.
