Unable to set API organization field value for incident creation

Hi 

I am creating Issue from post when I add organization value I am unable to create Incident.

The syntax I use is below

When Send above Json format  to create incident, I am getting exception.

I am also unable to add organization field to incident screen. Though I add the organization field I am unable to see it in incident screen.

Is there any solution for the above requirement ??

Hi @Mohammed Haneefa Farook

You will need to:

  • Use the custom field id instead of "organization" the quickest way is just to query an existing issue with an organization. It will be in the form of customfield_*.
  • The value is a number array e.g. [28]
