Unable to transition sub-task to Rejected

Description:

I created an automation rule which should do the following:

1. Check if issuetype is TASK and is in state OPEN or Review
2. Check if there are sub-tasks of this TASK and are in state OPEN or Review
3. If TASK is transitioned from open or review to rejected then transition sub-task to rejected as well
4. Write a comment saying this sub-task is automatically closed.

All steps except 3 are getting properly executed. I can transition the sub-task to rejected manually, and I am following the workflow.
