I am trying to create an automation rule to automatically create a task monthly, and also I want to assign this task to the relevant team automatically, but here I am getting the error message: 

Unknown fields set during create, they may be unavailable for the project/type. Check your custom field configuration. Fields ignored -

Assigned Group (customfield_10070)


I checked the custom field configuration and the "Assigned Group" custom field is defined in the project I want to open the task. Also, the actor of the rule is "Automation for Jira". How can I solve this problem?

Hi @Elif Meriç and welcome to the Community!

Maybe your assignee group field is not present on the create screen of the issue type you are trying to create. That may also be a possible cause.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I added the Assigned Group field to the create screen, now it does not give the error I mentioned, but it still does not assign the Assigned group. I'm not sure if there is a problem with the IQL I wrote because the values of the Assigned Group are pulled from insight. Do you have any other suggestions about this?
