Unlock Custom Sprint Field

Hello,

I have a question about lock/unlock Sprint field. First of all, I would like to inform that we are using online web JIRA system and I am administrator on JIRA system. So I want to update values in Sprint field but I am unable to see the option of edit/configure because of field lock. Please let me know the solution of lock/unlock this field. I have seen many solution on JIRA forum that was about to change through SQL query. But in my case, I have mentioned that we are using online JIRA so how can I do that. Please help me with detailed solutions.

Generally there is no need to unlock these fields (it usually goes horribly wrong when someone does it), so I'd question why you want to do it.

But, to answer the question, you can't do it on Cloud.
