Upgrading Jira 7.9.0 to Jira 7.11.1 on data center?

I want to upgrade  Jira 7.9.0 to Jira 7.11.1 on two nodes connected with load balancer.  I would like to know the process how to upgrade on first node and also then second node. 

 

Also, what would you suggest upgrading 7.9.0 to 7.11.1? Please share your ideas?
