Use Case: ‚Share‘ an Issue externally

Hey Guys,

I have an Use Case where I need some fresh ideas how to resolve this (if possible):

It‘s a B2C Use Case. There’s a website where Customers can request three quotes for repairing washing machines. We thought about doing this with Jira Service Desk. The process is:

The customer raises a request (via JSD Portal)

The provider can see the request (JSD internally)

The provider selects (manually) three companies which repair washing machines

These selected companies offer a price (could be a document but only a value and a comment would be fine; could be in Jira or even by mail). They shouldn’t see the other competitors or their quotes.

The provider ‚sends‘ The three quotes back to the customer

The repairing companies could have access to Jira but it’s not a must. I had some ideas' but now I think this is not possible. Does anybody see a solution for this?
