One of my colleague cannot open the Jira Board eventhough I (as Jira admin) have invited him as Developer, User, Team Members to the board. I also can see his name on the board, unfortunately when I share the board link, he couldn't open it and have error "Project Not Found".
Hi @Farhani ,
It looks like you need to enable access for Jira from the user management settings. Here’s what you can do:

Hi @Farhani ,
While I can't provide specific troubleshooting steps without more information or context, I can offer some general guidance that might help you identify the root cause of the issue.
Breaking down the possible permissions/visibility levels that might be affecting:
Atlassian Access > Global Permissions > Project access > Project Permissions > Board Permissions > Board Filter Permissions > Board Sub-filters > Board Statuses > Security Issue
Based on the information provided, i'd venture to say that the issue likely lies witht he filter permissions. Filter permissions determine which users can see issues in a spcecific board based on their project roles or groups. If a user doesn't have the correct filter permissions, they won't be able to see the issues, even if they have project-level permissions to view issues.
However, without more specific details, it's difficult to pinpoint the exact cause. I hope this helps.
Regards!
