For the last (at least) 24 hours, at least one user is not receiving email notifications from Trello Boards (email notifications set to instant / all types ticked / do-not-reply@trello.com whitelisted and spam filters checked. Not clear how many users it affects as it is remote part time team over holiday period but poses significant issue for team communication.
Can anyone advise how to resolve?

I would contact Atlassian.
In recent period I saw more people with an issue with their Atlassian account and receiving emails.
Atlassian is able to remove the block if there is one at their end.
