Hi community,
I have setup an org inside admin.atlassian.com and have added few users as an org admin. But, all the users(including me), are unable to receive any mail.
I can see every user's status as Invited instead of Active.
Can someone help me with the same?
it's possible that user might be under the suppression list, you can remove the user from suppression list by following the steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/unsuppress-email-address-in-jira-cloud-software-or-work-management-projects/
also, try sharing the instance URL with the user and see if they are able to access the site using the URL of the site

I tried these steps but Project Settings option is not visible for me.
Currently I am targeting the users activation specific to a Organisation.
Could you guide me with the same?
