Hi @Omni Offshore

Are you on Jira Cloud or Server?

On Server I would check at first if the used email-server is ok. Send a test email and check the output.

  1. Go to Administration > System > Mail and choose the Outgoing Mail tab in the left side of the page.

  2. Click the 'Send a Test Email' link in the Operations column.

Second check the applied Notification Scheme in the affected project/s.
