We have multiple Jira projects for which users are reporting they are not receiving notification emails when they are tagged on the tickets, updates made to the tickets or any other activity on the tickets which they themselves created. We are sending out emails from Jira cloud via email ID - jira@teamlayr.atlassian.net. This was working earlier but has stopped since last couple of weeks. There haven't been any changes to the config. Checked with users and there are not email rules set neither there are any emails in the Spam folder. Checked with users and found that email notifications are enabled for them under the Personal Jira settings.

I would open a support ticket with Atlassian. Sometimes email addresses (and maybe even domains) get blacklisted for some reason.
