We used JIRA Service Desk add-on in a lot of projects in JIRA version 6.3 only to get values for agreed KPIs that target our objectives.
It looks that some Agile and Service Desk functions are separated in last version (7.1).
Is possible to customize projects to use and see SLM related fields (Time to resolve, Time to first response, etc.) in business and software projects in JIRA v7?
(We have JIRA Service Desk and JIRA Software licenses).

After the v7 update, JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Core and JIRA Software are considered as 3 different product and so you can't use the features of one product in another.
