Hi, I am interested in using jira automation to connect to a web service (API REST) that requires vpn access. Would it be possible for the jira automation agent to make this call by encapsulating it in a vpn or is this not technically possible?
While Jira automation can't use VPN, could your web service accept calls from specific IP addresses? If so, you might be able to configure a whitelist for Jira's automation server to access the API directly.
