×A recent update in Jira shows the "Tickets Worked On" on the User's profile page as opposed to "Tickets In Queue" for the user and I would like to know how to edit the tickets showing on a user's profile to depict the ones in queue or assigned to user versus the tickets worked on.

The People's page shows what tickets the agent worked on the last 90 days. This panel will be populated as soon as the users start generating activity in Cloud, so it's not possible to edit this page.
