Hi all,
Looking at the below within Jira tickets and it seems to be greyed out - [View Workflow]
I have checked View Read-Only Workflow settings, and it is set to Any logged in user -
Anyway I can get around this?
Thanks!
Hi Joshua,
Welcome to Atlassian Community.
It seems that you are unable to transition the workflow from Resolved status to any other status
We would like to inform you that this has no relation with this permission, there might be chances that you don't have transition issue permission
Also, could you please check please articket for your reference it might help you in fixing this exception message.
Troubleshoot "You don’t have permission to transition this issue" Error in Jira Cloud
Looking forward to your response.

Hello @Agam Gupta
Thanks for the reply.
It was about the greyed out View Workflow button, which turns out to be that I was not an 'Agent'
Still learning about the world of Jira and how it is all setup but appreciate the reply.
This community is very helpful!
Thank you.

Thanks for the confirmation :)

From my understanding the question was not about the inability to transition the workflow (which probably has no next step to go to anyway, since it is 'Resolved'), but about the impossibility to visualise the workflow.
Could it be that in this case project settings override product settings? Perhaps an admin should look into the project's permission scheme?

@Alexander Hohmann Yes correct, it was about viewing the greyed-out Workflow button.
I have now resolved this; I was not set as 'Agent' but am now and I can view this.
Still learning the different parts of Jira and how it is all setup...
Thanks for the reply!
