We run Jira Service Desk (DataCenter) and has set up a webhook to launch an external SMS-service.
The trigger log says that it is fired successfully, but SMS is not sent. Where can I find logs/messages telling me what is wrong.
I suspect proxy settings are not correct - where do I set up proxy settings ?
