There is no separate cost for Atlassian Intelligence. It is just part of the feature set of the premium plan. So, if you are currently on a standard plan, the cost your refer to is the cost of an upgrade to the premium plan.
You can find pricing online for the different plans right here. Select your current number of users and the billing cycle (monthly / annually) to get an idea.

On a side note: you can always start a free 30-day trial of the premium plan in your instance. On the billing page in your admin console, you will see an estimate for your next bill as well.
