What script I should write for disable Close permission?

Hello!

Please, help me, what script in ScriptRunner I should write for disable Close permission for Developers in current Project to preventing closing Bugs by them?

You don't need code to do this sort of thing, it's part of the permission scheme.

You should be able to remove the permission from the developers in the permission scheme.
