When adding a task in Jira the attachment pop-up blocks the "Upload Button"

Hi team,

This has been happening to me from a month! In some cases not always when I start adding any tasks in Jira and I go to attachments pick a file from my PC, then the Upload button is blocked and the pop-up modal content seems to be down here is a snapshot of the issue.

When this happens I can't scroll down or hit enter to upload. Wondering if this is a glitch, can you please check and resolve this?

The issue was observed when doing this:

I opened a task (another task) and hit Add Task Button (+) I'll input all the information when attaching images in the description block I'm stuck with the pop-up, the Upload button is not shown, this results in refreshing the browser and again I've to explain the tasks to the developer team.

Can you please resolve this issue?
