Where can I find a list of variables to set in the response.varfile for Jira installation?

I'm looking into ways to automate delivery of my Jira server, and am curious about the response.varfile file.

I would love to get a list of all the fields that can be used in this file to apply during installation, in an attempt to more robustly automate installation of a Jira server.

Perhaps this is a file which overrides all other env vars that are used during installation?

Does a list of variables it can populate exist, and if so where can I find it?
