Where did the email templates move to with the new change?

This would be for the confirmation email that gets mailed to our customer when they submit a ticket. We update our response with webinar information, feature highlights etc.. now they have moved and don't know where to look.

Hello @Jerry Holland 

I am assuming you are talking about a Jira Service Management project. Those are still found under Project Settings > Notifications > Customer Notifications.
