Where to put the proper full name of a new user?

Hi !
I try to add new users while adding them with their proper full name and not the email address.
In Administration/Users there is a "invite user" button but when used, the user is added with his email address as User name. It seems that this "full name" can not be changed later.

Is there a better way?

Hi Andreas,

That's right, when you invite a user, an Atlassian account is created for him/her. What this means is that you can change only his/her username. Only the user can change the Full Name and email address via https://id.atlassian.com.
