Which context to use while including a js file in Atlassian JSD Customer Portal Page through my custom plugin?

I need to implement some changes in the Customer portal page of JSD.

I have tried using the context "atl.general" , and it includes a user defined js file from the plugin in configuring the JSD page.

But when i access the Customer portal page through view the customer portal link from the configuration or directly by hitting the url of customer portal which most users would do, my js file doesnt get included in it.

I understand that JSD itself is a add-on by atlassian, but is there any way by which i can achieve this by implementing it in my own plugin?
