Why do Insight show nothing as "Done"?

This has puzzled me for a while but our board has two columns to designate that work has been completed and awaiting deployment or the completion of the Sprint.  

However, every time I look at Sprint Insights, it shows nothing as completed.  

How can I use sprint Insights effectively and reflect the work in those Done columns

Hi @Richard,

Only items that reach the rightmost column on your board are considered done. Since to be deployed is not the rightmost column, issues in that status are not considered done (even if they have a green status and a value for the resolution field). I assume that in an active sprint, most issues don't get the to be deployed status.

So, if you consider to be deployed issues as done, you need to map that status to the rightmost board column.

Hi Walter,

I have the same issue and done is my rightmost column, but my insights are still not updated.

As you can see, I have 19 items in the done column, but they aren't showing. The same applies to my blocked and stuck items, they don't show in my insights.

Kindly assist
