Why do all images brought in via Email have a forced SQUARE aspect ratio?
Maybe this is a bug, but whenever we create a ticket from an email in our Jira Help Desk, the images come in square, even if they are (commonly really) more horizontal than vertical. Here is an example:
You can see that I can resize the image by pulling the left and right resize bars, but there is nothing I can click on the bar below the image to make it stop inserting all that useless blank space above and below the image. If I copy and paste an image into a ticket (rather than have it come in via email) it seems to behave better:
Now I can drag to resize and it doesn't make it square and waste all the space above and below the mostly horizontal image:
