My team is trying to add new customers as they type in their email in the "Raise a Request on behalf of" field. For some reason when they do this it is sending out an invite to the service desk team and is adding them as a service desk agent. This is using up my licences and causing confusion for my customers. Why is this happening?

Here are some trouble shooting ideas.
1. Check your customer notifications to see if there are any custom automation rules
2. Check your permissions to make sure that the 'Customers' are not added in the 'Service Desk Agent' project permission.
If you could send an image of what the customer is receiving it might help for me to see what they are getting.
