Why not right working script in "template comments for JSD"

We have plagin TEMPLATE COMMENTS FOR JSD. 

We use script:

import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor
if (issue.projectObject.key == 'SU' && issue.getComponentObjects()*.name[0].toString() != "Контакт-Центр") return true

i.e We need what the template was displayed under those conditions when the component is set Контакт-Центр" (trnsl: Call Center), but script works the other way around.

The required template shows when the component is not specified.
