Why won't my custom field show up for the specified project and feedback issue type I selected?

I am trying to create a Jira Form for the project "3 - Team Data Analytics." I created custom fields for "Time Savings," a multi-line text field. 

When I go to Settings->Work Items-> Custom Fields, and under custom fields I click on the three "..." and select "contexts and default values," I have the Default Configuration Scheme for Time Savings set to Work Type of Feedback, and Project of "3 - Team Data Analytics." For some reason, when I go in this project to create a form using the work type of feedback, this custom field does not show up for me. Does anyone know why?

did you add the fields to your work item layout?

What type of project are you adding the Form to? Team-managed? Company-managed? Business project? Software project?

Note: Desired Features is the other custom field I am trying to add to my form that I can't seem to be able to select.

"Does the issue still persist? In my test project, I'm able to add a custom field by dragging the required field into the form while creating an issue."
