I am a Jira Admin and I have been requested to research a Service Now add-on to facilitate easy connections.
We have a lot of Team-managed projects and I am wondering if there is a caveat with Service Now only connecting to company-managed projects.Thank you for your help!
Hello, Good day. From the following docs there is no mention of support only for company managed project.

Better to check with Servicenow team once as well.
