Will there be no support once EOL is reached even if our license is still valid?

We are planning to upgrade soon to v8.20 (LTS) which EOL is October 19, 2023 and we plan to continually renew our license until Feb, 2024(until end of Jira Server support).

Does this mean even if we pay until Feb 2024, there will be no support from Oct 2023 up to Feb 2024 since v8.20 already reached EOL?

Hi @Jenny Alvarez ,

As per their linkAtlassian does not provide support for instances on versions that have reached End of Life. The only exception is for assistance related to upgrading from your EOL version to a supported version.
