If you have Workday configured to create Jira tickets via an email connector, does that account need to have a Jira Service Management agent license?
Disclaimer –I do not use workday with Jeera.
I am assuming that your Workday connection will simply be sending emails just as a Customer would. Customers do not require agent licenses.
Hi Jack,
Workday does use email connection to send emails that create the tickets, however if the account isn't assigned a Jira Agent (Jira Service Management) license, the email handler never creates the ticket. We figured out a workaround for this by using PowerAutomate to re-send the emails as a different account that does have a license.
