Working through collation conversion, some thoughts

I´m working to get the collation in the JIRA database fix with the help of this documentation

In the last steps before I change over to the new database I checked the collation on the tables and there where still some tables with incorrect collation.

Do I have to manually go through these tables with a script and fix the collation?
