You can't edit the type of incident in this project

I don't know why when trying to change the type of incident it doesn't allow me to do it, the message it tells me is: "You can't edit the type of incident in this project"

I have the Administrator role, I have looked in the properties permission scheme in the workflow states, but I don't know where the options to enable the change of incident type will be.

Does anybody have an idea?

I already found the problem.

The type of incident was not added in the scheme of screens per incident used by the project.
