Your Jira Service Management license expires in 89 days.

Dear Jira Experts,

Today I got a popped up window when I logged into our company's Jira, I got "Your Jira Service Management license expires in 89 days." message in the window. Please see the below attached screenshot.

When I clicked Show details, it directed me to the page in the screenshot saying "You are already logged in." with no other information.

What is going on here? I am the administrator of Jira but not the person of contact for Jira.

Thanks!

Kevin

Whoever is responsible for renewing Jira and applying the new license hasn't done it yet :-)

Regular users should not be seeing this; you see it because you are in a group with the Jira System Administrator global permission, or are a technical account contact. You can't really turn those off (by design).

Just reach out to whoever does the renewals and tell them to get on it!! I've worked places where the purchasing process took 30-60 days sometimes.
