add comment field when approved or reject request

hi, i want to make resolution screen but it doesnt working. when approver click "approve" or " reject " i want to popup comment field.

I may have misunderstood, are you trying to pop-up a comment field AFTER you click approve or decline that is on the transition screen? If so, the isn't possible out of the box unless service desk has something extra core JIRA doesn't

If you have a transition screen the comment field will be there. There is no option for a pop-up comment field.
