I would like to explain here how we operate:
We receive a request from Jira Service Management. When the request has tot be managed by a project manager, we "create a linked issue" which will be available in a project type: Jira Software.
I would like to save changes made from the issue in Jira Software, and set it as an "Internal Note" comment in the issue created via Jira Service Management.
Is there an automation rule to apply to make this update?
