an issue created in one automation is not recognized as a trigger of another automation

Hi,

I have created an automation that creates 3 subtasks in the trigger issue.

I wanted to create another automation, its trigger would be the creation of a subtask, which would be one of the created subtasks.

But the logs do not indicate the processing of the subtask (11093)

How can I make sure that the subtasks created in an automation are taken into account as triggers?

Regards,

Hi Estelle,

Make sure the box is checked on the second rule to allow the first to trigger it.

This will be on the Rule Details page.
