a previous admin set up a project not using the Summary field. I am now tasked to set up a new project not using the Summardy filed, but utilizing a "Title" field. How do I get around the Summay field, in Service Management?
@John Pfotzer the summary field is required and there is no way around it. You can hide it and put in a default value. Why not use the summary field and just label it title to the customer's in the portal?
